Availability on the program is limited

Interested companies and organizations that wish to participate are asked to make a deposit of 2000€ to reserve a place. This amount can be refunded in the event a company cancels its reservation prior to the 25th September 2009. Beyond this date no refunds will be granted.

On the 18th of December 2009, all participants should pay the remaining amount. For cancellations after this date, companies will lose 50% of the amount paid. Alternatively, they can substitute the participant’s name with a different one without penalization.
